By accessing and playing Crickingo, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update them at any time — your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Crickingo is open to anyone aged 13 or older. No registration, account, or personal information is required to play. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers.

Crickingo hosts daily cricket-themed mini-games including Wordle, Higher or Lower, Transfer History, and Tournaments. All games are free, reset daily, and are identical for every player on a given date.

• Daily puzzles are seeded by date — everyone gets the same challenge each day
• Tournament mode uses a shared seed stored temporarily in Firebase Realtime Database so all participants in a tournament get the same puzzle — no personal data is stored there
• Your scores and streaks are saved in your own browser's localStorage — clearing your browser data will erase them, and we cannot recover them
• Cricket statistics and player data used in the games are compiled for entertainment only and may not always reflect fully accurate or up-to-date official records

All games must be played honestly. You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, browser extensions, or any automated tools to play or manipulate scores
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, especially in tournaments
• Manually edit localStorage or Firebase data to falsify your scores
• Share daily puzzle answers publicly before the day has ended in a way that spoils the experience for others

We reserve the right to disqualify any player from tournaments where we detect unfair play.

All game designs, puzzles, code, graphics, and branding on Crickingo are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the site without our written permission.

Crickingo is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the BCCI, IPL, ICC, or any cricket board or franchise. Cricketer names and statistics are referenced for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Crickingo does not collect or store any personal data. The only data involved is:

• localStorage — your scores, streaks, and game history, stored entirely on your own device and never sent to us
• Firebase Realtime Database — tournament puzzle seeds only (which game is active for a tournament). No names, emails, or personal identifiers are stored

We do not use advertising networks, tracking cookies, or sell any data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You agree not to use Crickingo to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Firebase database or any backend systems
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or otherwise flood or overload our servers
• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute our puzzles or game content without permission
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose under applicable law

Crickingo is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your browser-stored game data will always be preserved. Cricket statistics used in-game are for entertainment and may not reflect official or real-time records.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crickingo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including loss of game progress, score history, or tournament results due to browser data being cleared or service downtime.

We may add, remove, or modify games, puzzles, and features at any time without notice. Daily puzzles may be corrected if errors are found. We are not liable for any disruption caused by updates or maintenance.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of Crickingo after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Crickingo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
